Bidding at $6k on Ebay right now. A few things that need completing, but it looks like a superb car from a mechanical perspective.
And an !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , because apparently you guys are into that sort of thing.

You think I'm going to let you take it out from under me?
Only kidding. I already have one Italian-made vehicle upon which every mile I drive gets me a mile closer to spontaneous combustion and wallet-drain.

I said it on BaT and i'll say it here - this can in NO possible way be an optimally flowing header design.

You clearly haven't read up on the header-flow theory of "the closer it looks to a real-life crazy straw, the better".

So that's what "tuned length" means in this case...

A cursory search of the internet reveals that, while that design seems to be on the fringes, aftermarket 124 headers seem to move in that direction for some reason.

That #3 cylinder (I'm assuming Fiat is counting front to back here) really does have an absurd, near-90 degree vertical bend right out of the head. Hard to imagine how that makes sense.

And is that #2 or #3 that wraps around #1 (and possibly #2)?
Edit: Maybe #4? Either way it's difficult to follow in the image.
